- Provide full administrative support to a team or department.
- Run and coordinate the day-to-day administrative duties of the organization.
- Create, format, and maintain forms and spreadsheets as needed.
- Perform general office duties, and finds ways to improve administrative processes.
- Assist with the taking of minutes and notes at meetings.
- Write and issue emails to teams and departments.
- Maintain office and mailing supplies by checking inventory and submitting orders.
- Perform administrative work involving independent judgment, accuracy and speed with minimal supervision.
- Open, sort, stamps, and processes mail to appropriate department.
