Sentinel is seeking an O365 Pre-Sales Specialist to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in achieving mission critical project deadlines and expectations. This O365 SME must be able to provide technical leadership and hands on expertise in Office 365 quoting, ordering, licensing and user provisioning. This is a full-time internal employee position that can be remote but will need to provide occasional onsite support in Downers Grove, IL. Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of hands-on experience working with O365 Architecture.
• Strong experience in Windows Server.
• Microsoft related certifications preferred.
• Excellent communication skills with all levels within an organization.

Sentinel is seeking a Network/Security Support Engineer to join our team. In this role you will need to identify, troubleshoot, escalate and communicate technical issues and resolutions with the customer. You should have a strong technical background, structured & organized approach, and be Customer Service oriented. Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience with Network Security including FTD, ACI, SD- Access, SD-WAN, and ASA.
• 5+ years of experience with implementing various routing protocols in an MPLS Network.
• 5+ years of experience with Cisco routers and switches.
• Experience with Cisco Meraki or Palo Alto Firewalls is required.
• Experience with F5, Load balancer, VXLAN.
• Experience with wireless technology is highly preferred.
• Cisco CCNP or CCIE certifications are preferred.

Sentinel is seeking a Senior Network Engineer for their deployment team. This individual will be standing up and deploying secure network solutions for mid to enterprise-level client environments. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with the ability to perform autonomously and drive a project to successful completion. Qualifications:

• Three or more years of experience working with Cisco, Palo Alto, and/or Fortinet solutions is required.
• Two or more years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing wired LAN solutions in enterprise environments is required.
• Proficiency configuring, deploying, and upgrading Cisco Catalyst series switches, including but not limited to, 2k, 3k, and 9k series.
• Proficiency configuring, deploying, and upgrading Cisco routing platforms, including but not limited to, ISR 4k and Catalyst 8k platforms.
• Working knowledge of dynamic routing protocols, including EIGRP, OSPF, or BGP.
• Experience in designing, implementing, and managing WAN solutions in enterprise environments strongly encouraged.
• Solid understanding of network protocols, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VLANs.

The Senior Threat Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for planning and implementing security measures to protect computer systems, networks, and data. This person will act as a first responder to cyber-incidents. They report cyber threats and then implement changes to protect our customer’s environments. Your ability to analyze real traffic and associated artifacts: malicious, normal, and application traffic; and demonstrate the ability to differentiate malicious traffic from false positives will be critical in this position. Qualifications:

• Must have 5+ years’ experience in a SOC environment or cyber security related position.
• Certifications preferred: CCNA, Security+, GCIA, Certified Ethical Hacker, and CISSP.
• The candidate must meet and uphold CJIS requirements.
• Experience performing daily system monitoring and health checks for various security products.
• Confident triaging alerts and reports of incidents.
• Confident analyzing real traffic and associated artifacts: malicious, normal, and application traffic; and demonstrate the ability to differentiate malicious traffic from false positives.
• Configuring firewalls, data encryption, and other security measures.
• Understanding of how DNS works for both legitimate and malicious purposes.
