Sentinel is seeking a Technical Account Lead with excellent communication skills capable of managing customer and internal relations. You will be responsible for assisting the National Support Department with the day-to-day operations and technical issue resolutions while being an escalation point of contact for our clients. Qualifications:

  • Should have extensive experience with support knowledge of server, storage and  networking software and equipment.
  • Should have previous management experience or have demonstrable management skills to lead a team.
  • Previous experience in Support (SOC, NOC, Desktop Support) and have understanding with monitoring cases/tickets.
  • Able to assist with the receiving, inspecting and logging of all IT inventory and supplies.
  • Understanding of ticket management and project management.
  • Understanding with ITIL framework and background.
