Chervon is seeking a Senior Integrated Media Manager to join their team. The Senior Integrated Media Manager is the leader of Chervon’s performance media group. Under the leadership of the Senior Director of Digital Marketing & eCommerce, this individual will be responsible for managing organic and paid campaigns in excess of a large, eight-figure annual budget and, has responsibility for managing direct reports. This position requires strong strategic and analytical skills. The Senior Integrated Media Manager will work with external agencies and a broad, internal marketing group to maximize the effectiveness of our omnichannel marketing strategy.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Develop full-funnel campaign recommendations for all three owned brands.
  • Collaborate with agency partners on unique opportunities across linear TV, OTT, OLV, paid social, paid search, programmatic, and more to find the best opportunities to achieve campaign objectives.
  • Work with our internal teams and agencies to review and analyze campaign performance and pacing using dashboard reporting, looking for optimization opportunities using a methodical framework to achieve goals and maximize results.
  • Summarize and deliver extensive campaign insights to our stakeholder’s pre-campaign, during campaign, and post campaign.
  • Develop case studies highlighting new opportunities to invest or grow our business.
Grow close partnerships with internal and external teams
  • Represent the digital media team at internal and external meetings as the channel SME.
  • Collaborate with key customers to find opportunities and drive results.
  • Work closely with our agencies, brand team, creative team, and sales team members to develop integrated campaigns designed to drive sales.
Effectively manage a team of digital marketing specialists
  • Efficiently delegate and execute assigned tasks and manage responsibilities across the team to ensure quality of work.
  • Contribute and participate with the ongoing growth of the greater media team including leading training and educational sessions.
