  • Assistant Machine Operator: Machine Set-Up/Gluer Operators understand and align business operations and Finishing Department as he/she executes their role to exceed customer expectations and align with GPI business, cultural, financial and operational objectives.
  • Feeder-Packer $17.97/hr (2nd & 3rd Shift): The person who occupies this position is responsible for assuming all duties performed by feeder (feed flat cartons into gluing/paneling machines), catcher (remove product from press and pack into cases) and sorter (quality checks on cartons).  This person rotates between these positions throughout working shift. They understand and align business operations and Finishing Department as he/she executes their role to exceed customer expectations and align with GPI business, cultural, financial and operational objectives.
  • Finishing Operator: The person who occupies this position is to adjust finishing equipment in order to process a flat carton order and oversee its production (complex glue experience a plus).
  • Lead Checker: The person who occupies this position is responsible for coordinating the shipping of finished materials. They understand and align business operations and Shipping Department as he/she executes their role to exceed customer expectations and align with GPI business, cultural, financial and operational objectives.
  • Lead Shipper: The person who occupies this position is responsible for coordinating the shipping of finished materials.
  • Offset Feeder: Apprentice to the pressman, assisting in all aspects to make sure the job runs smoothly. They understand and align business operations and the Department as he/she executes their role to exceed customer expectations and align with GPI business, cultural, financial and operational objectives.   • Maintenance Planner/Scheduler: Responsible for ensuring M&E commitment to achieving maximum performance efficiencies and minimization of breakdowns of plant production equipment. The main responsibility of the role is the daily planning of all maintenance work to support the production requirements of the plant utilizing SAP. Responsible for effective parts procurement and management, maintenance budget management and cost control, and storeroom control; assists in maximizing maintenance planning and execution of repairs, project and PM activities.
  • Process Engineer: This position supports Plant Manufacturing operations while maintaining a strong focus on continual Process Improvement, Optimization, and Safety.  Applies fundamental knowledge of basic principles, theories and concepts of industry standards and practices to design, automate, modify, test, machines, equipment or processes used in processing or manufacturing products.  This position is responsible for the implementation and continual improvement of the site’s safety process.
  • Production Supervisor (Nights): Provides leadership and supervision to production work teams and serves as the link to plant management for the team.  Facilitates team meetings, intervenes as necessary to keep the team’s goals and results consistent with company direction, and works with the team members to develop their full potential. The shift supervisor, in conjunction with the team, is responsible for product quality, product quantity, equipment condition, team member safety and department housekeeping.
  • Continuous Improvement/Quality Supervisor: This position is responsible for leading all activities and functions driven towards execution of an effective Quality System. Directs activities of suppliers, production, and customers to resolve quality problems and continuously improve the level of quality.
  • Quality Clerk Coordinator: This position responsible for developing and maintaining standard operating procedures throughout the Complex. Also responsible for analyzing quality metrics, customer feedback and developing action plans to ensure high quality and customer satisfaction. They understand and align business operations and Quality Department as he/she executes their role to exceed customer expectations and align with GPI business, cultural, financial and operational objectives.
