Inside Sales Representative

Flexco is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join their team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. To be successful as an Inside Sales Representative you should be able to build instant rapport and achieve customer satisfaction. The chosen candidate will research and qualify new business opportunities via outbound calling and emailing to deliver qualified leads to our sales team. In addition, this position will be involved in outbound calling campaigns that allow us to quantify trade show leads, engage key distributors, and advance Flexco marketing objectives. The role requires you to be able to balance multiple tasks simultaneously by leveraging your dynamic interpersonal skills and goal-oriented attitude to close transactions. The Inside Sales Reps typically start at $24.50/hour or more depending on experience, plus sales incentives.
