Sentinel is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join their team. As a Customer Success Manager your primary responsibility is maintaining long-term, post-sales relationships with existing customers across a wide selection of companies and industries. Your IT knowledge and service acumen will help drive delivery of solutions towards quick results. You will pro-actively work with customers to ensure they continue to receive on-going value from the services that they have purchased and identify new opportunities through those relationships. You will perform general project management activities to ensure successful onboarding implementations and focus on relationship management. Qualifications:
- Ability to ensure proper delivery, onboarding, and adoption of products and services, conduct ongoing compliance & health checks.
- Exceptional customer service skills to drive “time to value” and improve customers’ overall experience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with managers, customers and vendors on report analysis.
- Ability to execute complex, large-scale product implementations and related change management activities to strategic accounts.
- Ability to maintain a solid working relationship including collaborative technical activities with peers.
- Ability to manage the customer experience life cycle to include quarterly business reviews and reporting.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills required.
