City of Warrenville has a Human Resources Generalist position open. The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for performing complex and varied human resources and risk management related duties on a professional level in the following areas: recruitment, benefits administration, training and development, employee relations, and risk management. Meticulous attention to detail, strong communication, and interpersonal skills are essential. This position is also responsible for assisting with public information responses, project management, coordinating with on-site consultants, and other work as needed to support the Administration Department. The hiring range is $72,026 – $78,778, the starting salary will be dependent upon experience.
