Brionna Collier: Going the Extra Mile to Succeed

The star of this success story is Brionna Collier, a young woman who found a new career and a full-time job through DuPage County’s Make Your Way (MYWay) program.

Just months ago, 20-year-old Brionna Collier was working at low wage jobs with limited prospects for advancement, first as a temp on an assembly line, then as a bakery clerk at Jewel-Osco. Today, Brionna is happily working full time, 38-40 hours a week at the front desk of a Naperville dentist’s office, making a good hourly rate and thanking the MYWay program for how it’s all turning out.
